I was home alone for a few days and after scouring the refrigerator for some easy grub came across some left over mashed potatoes. Everything fried tastes good so I decided to create My Fried Mashed Potatoes.
Here it goes. Measurements are not exact so just throw things in. I had about 3/4 cup of mashed potatoes.
Added one egg, some season salt, flour, and bread crumbs to make it thick enough to form.
I formed the mashed potato. Coat in flour, season salt, garlic rub. Then I fried it in olive oil.
Try it. It is actually pretty tasty
