Oops, Mitt Romney Slips & Tells The Truth That Spending Cuts Hurt Economic Growth

image.png

Poor Mitt Romney can’t get a break. We always knew he was fairly smart (well not a complete imbecile). He finally admitted that spending cuts as every intelligent economist has said will hurt the economy. It will kill economic growth. In fact it is time for the President & liberal activist to segway into the following statement. “Mitt Romney’s own words stating that spending cuts hurt the economy and as such the middle class implies a Republican intent to collapse the economy since they are calling solely for spending cuts. They believe a collapsed economy will gain them the White House. They are willing to sacrifice Americans for power. It won’t work.” Mitt Romney Says Spending Cuts Hurt Economic Growth Mitt Romney stepped on his message a bit Tuesday, and on attempts to draw attention to a forthcoming tax reform plan, by saying that spending cuts can damage the economy. "If you just cut -- if all you're thinking about is just cutting spending -- why as you cut spending … [Read more...]

Back in my days they used Bayer Aspirin for contraception. The gals put it between their knees, and it wasn’t that costly.

Jonathan Capehart hits it on the nail. Foster Freiss is todays prototypical Right Wing Republican. This field, from Romney to Santorum represents all that women have always hated in our patriarchal and chauvinist country. What this primary will illustrate is the reason that the current Republican crop neither has the values, the aptitude, or the policies necessary to govern a county in an equitable and progressive manner. Women, minorities and the disabled need not apply. Foster Friess is a real pill on contraception By Jonathan Capehart Foster Friess proved to be a real pill on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” today. Mitchell asked the mega-wealthy and conservative bank roller of Rick Santorum’s presidential campaign if he had any concerns about Santorum’s comments on social issues such as contraception and women in combat. Friess’s stupefying, backward and dangerous response had jaws dropping from coast to coast. People seem to be preoccupied with sex. I think it says something … [Read more...]

Mitt Romney Supports Drug Testing Welfare, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, & Farm Subsidies Recipients

image.png

This Mitt Romney interview is telling. While I do not believe he would necessarily want to test grandma for drugs before she gets her social security, his statement is not a slip of the tongue in his mind. Mitt Romney has shown a visceral hate for the poor without even realizing it. In his disdain for those incapable of using unfettered capitalism as he has to pilfer those beneath him, he sees a weak people that should just be his unquestioned subjects. Maybe he should be drug tested as he has received government subsidies indirectly with his financial shenanigans and corporate raiding while at Bain Capital. Regular Voters & Conservatives Are On To Mitt Romney–He Is The Mole Of The Plutocracy

image.png

Yesterday’s primary election and caucus results are consistent with polling showing that Republican voters are increasingly unhappy with their choices for their party's nominee. In Colorado, Minnesota, and Missouri, not only did Mitt Romney lose, only a fraction of voters from the last time showed up for him. In Colorado, Romney got half the votes he did in 2008. In Minnesota, a third. Same in Missouri. The more voters get to know Romney, the less they trust him to run the country. Here’s how to talk about it Regular voters are on to Mitt Romney and what he stands for -- and they're not buying it. If corporations really were people and could vote, Romney would be fine. But if it comes to facing millions of middle-class voters who work for a living, he's in trouble. We can keep our economy going, but we need leaders who want to fight for all of us -- not just the wealthiest 1%. Killer Facts: In the GOP primaries, Mitt Romney has cleaned up with the richest voters, but struggled with … [Read more...]
