A white person, in this case, Morry Matson, the manager of a CVS store, called the police, on another person of color. Once again, the person of color did absolutely nothing wrong. I will continue to report these as the Tump Effect until this stops.
Trump Effect: CVS Morry Marson calls police on customer Camilla Hudson
This version of the Trump Effect where there was absolutely no cause for bringing in the police for a transactional problem is exploding across the country.
CBSNews reported the following.
CVS Health is apologizing after a black customer says a white store manager in Chicago accused her of trying to use a phony coupon. Camilla Hudson posted cellphone video of one of the managers appearing nervous. Morry Matson’s left hand shakes as he calls police around 11:30 p.m. Friday.
The 53-year-old Hudson says another manager directly challenged her when she tried to use a manufacturer’s coupon for a free product. She told The Associated Press that he was “hostile.” The Facebook video shows Matson on the phone speaking with police. No action was taken when officers arrived.
According to Heavy.com the CVS manager Morry Matson was a devoted Trump supporter.
According to Matson’s Facebook page, he just recently became the the president of Log Cabin Republicans of Illinois, an LGBT political group. The group’s Facebook page features numerous photos of Matson, including one of him wearing a red Trump shirt while standing under a sign that reads “Ronald Reagan Highway.”
On July 5 the page posted: “Congratulations to our illustrious President Trump for his rousing speech in Great Falls, Montana. My brother and his family used to live there. Isn’t it nice to give a speech in a place among people where you can feel totally uninhibited and free from the PC police and need for self censorship? Not in Montana! This son of farmer’s children felt very proud to be an American tonight. Montana’s rural and big city Republican LGBTQ community felt proud too, And trust me, there is one. We’re everywhere .God bless you, Mr. President.” It’s not clear who wrote the message posted on the Facebook page. ,,, Matson has a history of getting involved in political causes. He was also a delegate for President Donald Trump during his 2016 campaign, Block Club Chicago reported.
The only solution to this problem is exposing them to the light to disinfect it. However, absent atonement from these people who endanger the lives of people of color by creating a confrontation with the police who many times are their enemies, boycotts are in order. CVS has since apologized.

CVS – NOT CBS! Please edit BEFORE posting!
Steve Stein says
Also fix the html page title, which still says “CBS”, not “CVS”.

We should also go after black racists who promote violence like Camilla Hudson did. I’m sure it will eventually come out that she was the one hostile when she was challenged. The account of the story says that two managers of the store actually challenged Camilla Hudson, not just Matson.
The key here, is that normally having two managers there is enough to clear up any problem. If it escalates to the point of calling the police, then obviously the customer is doing something to warrant such actions.
I bet 95% that this is the case, and about two weeks from now we’ll find out Camilla Hudson was hostile.

Yes, you may be right, but the Trump effect is real. Blacks do themselves no good, if this is true. THe camera will tell the truth. If it is the leaders of the Black community need to do some soul searching. They need all the help they can get from the white liberal voters. If not this will just get worse. You know this Egberto.
