Republican Congressman Anthony Gonzalez destroyed Donald Trump and the Republican Party as he told inconvenient truths.
Republican Rep. destroys Trump and GOP
Anthony Gonzalez did not mince his words. He made it clear that he shares nothing in common with today’s Republican Party.
Jake Tapper asked Gonzalez what his message was to Republicans. He said it is essential that they keep the faith. He said the country has gone through a lot but has always persevered.
The Congressman said that as much as he despises much of the Biden administration’s policies, the country can survive it. He said that the United States could not survive the torching of the Constitution.
Gonzalez inferred that the Republican party was devoid of ideas and truth. He said that Donald Trump led the party into a ditch on January 6th. Sadly, the Congressman must have forgotten that Trump murdered north of 750 thousand Americans with his dereliction of duty in handling the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Congressman called the president an enormous political loser. He is surprised that so many Republicans have tied themselves to such a loser. Gonzalez pointed out what we all know but coming from a Republican is important. He said Trump lied and that Joe Biden legitimately won the election.
Sadly, the Congressman said he will never vote for a Democrat but will not vote for Trump. Unfortunately, he is so committed to his ideology; it seems he is unwilling to do what is necessary to save the country. Maybe over time, he will understand.

Yes. Republicans forget a lot. They seem to have forgotten the past five years altogether. Their heads alternate from in the dand to up their a**.
