Countries like Colombia, Mexico, and Jamaica provide the supply for America’s demand for drugs. Destabilizing communities like Kingston, Jamaica or cities in Colombia, and Mexico in order to extradite drug lords is not the solution. We must control our own citizens’ drug usage by legalizing and taxing drugs so that we can provide the care to the addicted and use the revenue to stop the entry of drugs illegally at our borders.
