President Obama and the current government are completely dependent on the oil industry to cleanup its mess. Lack of adequate spill and containment regulation as well as down hole equipment which has been the mode of operation for some time is the culprit. One can only hope he uses this as a teaching moment to all those who want little government and little regulation.
