Until the Obama Administration and Congress realize that the country is being sabotaged by their own policies that have allowed the country’s workforce to be outsourced, unemployment will remain high.
Corporations are in no real hurry to get the economy going as they are making bundles with the status quo with no fear of wage inflation because high American unemployment is in their best interest as long as they are profitable,
If the Right Wing is allowed to gain power in either either the House of Representatives or the Senate, the issue will be exacerbated as their policies are in the sole interest of the top 2% of the population.
