For too long we have allowed the narrative of an exploding entitlement percentage of the budget being the major problem. That is simply not the case. Of course if you continue to reduce the revenue, entitlements become a larger part of the budget. Look at the country’s income generation in the aggregate and its distribution and you will see the real problem.
