Rachel Maddow did a great job of exposing how Republican Governors and Republican Congress persons are putting the entire bulk of their state budget balancing on the backs of the poor and middle class even as they give tax cuts to the wealthy and corporations further exacerbating their budget deficits. In her ever quirky narrative she is quite factual and explicit.
