Sadly, the middle class’ attention span has generally been short and it is this that Republicans are banking on as they continue to attempt to fundamentally change the social construct and safety net of the country. Their aim is the progressive privatization of government. In effect their next goal is to make a fraction of American taxes nothing more than an income stream to skim free profits from.
It is imperative that Liberals and Progressives keep the pressure and information constant and loud. It is imperative that Liberals and Progressives attend every Congressperson’s meetings & rallies and confront them in front of their constituencies with facts.
