Republican Attack On Energy Efficient Light Bulbs – Ignorance Reign (VIDEO)

It becomes difficult to deal with the barrage of misinformation and outright ignorance by many of the Republican politicians. It is as if these guys attempt to simply bring things up to buy time with the expectation that they will so drain thinking people that they just give up and let GOP reign.

Case in point is the energy efficient bulbs. By all measurements the bulb is provably cheaper than the incandescent and reduces energy consumption. By all means it should be called the patriotic bulb. After all if all incandescent bulbs were to be replaced our lighting bill would drop by 75% or more. A reduction of electricity consumption is a reduction in energy generation which means a reduction in pollution, imported energy and much more. Can some Republicans be really the ignorant?
