My New Body

It is now more than a 90 Day Review. I have been controlling my eating since January 1st. I started my Extreme Body Workout and so far it is working. I am sure to have a Beach Body within the next 3 months.

Now how did I get to the tone body. I worked out hard, consistently, and I ate appropriately. In order to lose weight we have some simple things to remember. Each pound of fat on your body has 3500 calories. That means to lose one pound you must burn 3500 calories above and beyond the amount of calories your body consumes to simply stay alive.

As a rule of thumb you can lose 2 pounds a week by reducing what you eat by about 30% as you do about 60 minutes of solid aerobics. I wanted to lose my weight a bit faster so I cut my caloric intake by 50% and did 90 minutes of extreme aerobics 5 days a week. I was losing on average 3 to 4 pounds a week.

There are many ways to skin a cat. I schedule worked for me. You should try one that works for you.
