From Allan R. Jamail

(SDEC) Texas State Democratic Executive Committeeman

Tonight in an Emergency meeting called by Party Chairman Boyd Richie of the Texas Democratic Party the Texas State Democratic Executive Committee (SDEC) voted and approve the date of Saturday, April 21st to have the Senate (County) conventions.

Also approved by the SDEC is the Texas Democratic Party’s Delegate Selection Plan.

The State Convention is on Friday, June 8th and Saturday, June 9th in Houston, Texas.

SPECIAL NOTE: I want to point out the Texas Democratic Party Delegate Selection Plan adopted by the SDEC is still subjected for approval by National Democratic Party and by various Federal branches of government (courts). The plan can also be challenged in court from anyone with a valid reason. OPEN THE ATTACHMENT FOR A COPY.
