This week’s Kingwood Area Democrats ad in the Kingwood Observer concentrates on the detrimental effect the Texas Republican Platform is to Texans. We personalize not only the platform proper, but the current representative of district 127.
We know that our Democratic Candidate Cody Pogue supports education policies and middle class policies more in tune with our community. Inasmuch as our area is very conservative, we intend to make the necessary case that the policies Cody Pogue supports is more in line with the values of our community as opposed to the policies that Dan Huberty helped pass in the Texas Legislature during his tenure.
