Republicans from Newt Gingrich to Paul Ryan claim to be followers of the President Ronald Reagan. They are pressuring President Obama to make concessions on Social Security. Yet as Reagan states in the video below and as most who are interested in understanding the program know, Social Security has nothing to do with the budget deficit.
