Bernie Sanders slowly being taken seriously
Bernie Sanders appears to be taking invitations from any and every network that would have him on. You see his message is really universal to the middle-class irrespective of political stripe. He is smart to do so as it is free advertising and while the corporate media may me using him to subliminally discredit his plausibility for the presidency, his message supersedes said negative messaging.
Bernie Sanders is really surging in the polls not only in very white states like New Hampshire and Iowa. He is also showing movement across the country. The new YouGov poll shows Sanders surging by double digits in New Hampshire (52/30) and Iowa (43/33).
There is some concern in the corporate media. The concern is not only triggered by Bernie Sanders’ surge but by what occurred in the United Kingdom. You see, there is a Left Wing candidate that was dismissed just as Bernie is being dismissed in the U.S. by the corporate media. They all said that Jeremy Corbyn could not win the leadership of the Labour Party. He not only won, he won in a landslide. There are similar dynamics here in the United States.
The masses may be starting to disregard the scare tactics and the misinformation. Enough of us are out there getting traction as we inform people of the pilfering by the plutocracy, of the scapegoating by the plutocracy, of the fomenting of dissension between people within the masses by the plutocracy. As the facade falls Americans will start to vote in their interest. This may be sooner than later.
In the interview above Chuck Todd asks if Bernie Sanders can be the nominee and if he is electable. To Bernie the answer is simple. It is in his stump speech. Americans know their current condition. Bernie Sanders stump speech explains the reason for that condition. If his message gets through, he wins. But most importantly he explains that Republicans have not been winning elections. Democrats have been losing elections. They have given very little reason over the years for people to be very excited about. They have not made Americans believe that their vote would really make a difference to change their condition. Sanders believes his message and persistence will excite not only the Democratic base but the masses. That is his path to victory.
