I became a big fan of Dr. Wolff’s teachings right after the 2008 great recession. His video and book “Capitalism Hits The Fan” are a must. It gives a complete understanding of the current state of the middle-class and its demise.

It is time for economists to speak up about the economic realities that affect us and challenge lobbyist-driven self-serving lies that prevent good policies. I asked Dr. Wolff a question that has been a constant burn for me. Many Conservatives and a few Liberal politicians have been selling a false narrative. They claim that a dollar given to the government is inefficient compared to a dollar given to private enterprise.
The reality is ‘a dollar knows not from where it is spent.” I said as much in my book “As I See it: Class Warfare the only resort to Right Wing doom.” Dr. Wolff confirmed my assertion. Wolff said that it all depends on how government or private enterprise spends the dollar.
