How different is your church pastor or leader from Apostle David E. Taylor (VIDEO)

Church Pastor

This Church Pastor makes one wonder about the mental competence of many

Apostle David E. Taylor of Joshua Media Ministries International (JMMI) is yet another evangelical type church minister that lives a very luxurious life on the dole of those that are taken by his message. He claims that he met Jesus personally which has given him a special relationship with Jesus.

Jesus told David that through His face-to-face covenant and friendship with him, that this would allow those who have never had a face-to-face appearance from Jesus in a dream or while awake to start experiencing Him in this way, for the purpose of deepening their intimacy with Him and revealing His divine purpose and destiny for their lives. These encounters have been documented and reported by many pastors and leaders and seen in the express testimonials of God’s people for years whom the Lord has appeared to.

It turns out that Apostle David E. Taylor was deposed in a seemingly unrelated case recently. It is pretty clear that Jesus would be unlikely to support what his apostle has been doing with the tithes of his ‘congregation.’

Apostle David E. Taylor being deposed

The following was ascertained from his deposition.

There is much more but the picture is clear.

I decided to visit his website. Joshua Media Ministries International is pretty nice. He has an extensive if incredulous biography. It connected very well with all forms of social media. It includes stories, testimonials, videos, and much more. Of course he sells his books including the infamous Face-to-face Appearances of Jesus: The Ultimate Intimacy. What got my attention was an event he is promoting in which he seems to advertise face to face meetings with Jesus.

“What would you do if you knew that the son of god was coming into a room to lay hands on you personally,” the video narrator asked. “There is no greater way to bring in the new year than coming to “One Night with the King” and receiving your personal touch from Jesus. Jesus has promised to meet you. Don’t miss your opportunity. So to plan now and make your reservations.” Here is the video.

Apostle David E. Taylor’s video so touched me (please detect the sarcasm) that I had to call them directly to hear their pitch. Listen, if you are a believer the pitch is uplifting and good. The person was compassionate, uplifting, and helpful. He sent me an email immediately with hotels and airline tickets to get to Michigan. Here is the conversation with Justin Chavez at his ministry.

I was upset after listening to the deposition. I was even more infuriated after the pitch for this event, One Night With the King. They are in fact well organized. You can see the email they sent me here. It includes all the necessary information to fly out there and get lodging. I guess if I were a believer, I could go visit Apostle David E. Taylor and have a face to face with Jesus and be on my merry way of delusion.

Free speech can be a double edge sword. It has thye uncanny ability to harm those who least can afford to be harmed. The website apostledavidtaylor.com has been set up by some who believe Apostle David E. Taylor must be exposed.  It says the following on their homepage which also includes affidavits and many other corroborating material on Taylor.

Many of the topics you will watch David E. Taylor discuss in these videos may have never been shared with the general public. As a group of concerned Christians, we felt that you should know the TRUTH about David E. Taylor, in his own words.

It is also our understanding that a memorandum from a major law firm in Washington D.C. outlining alleged tax fraud and non-profit abuse and violations by David E. Taylor and Joshua Media Ministries International (JMMI) has been submitted to various federal and state law enforcement agencies, including the IRS and numerous state attorney general offices.

We are sharing with you this information as a professional courtesy, as we believe accurate information is power.

Please watch the videos, and then ask yourself; do we really know “Apostle” David E. Taylor?

It will be interesting to see what ultimately occurs. I am of mixed feelings. After-all, how different is Apostle David E. Taylor from the vast majority of men and women of the cloth? These people of the cloth profit from the tithes of hard working Americans who are gullible enough to believe the leaders of the church deserve a better lifestyle for doing basically very little if anything at all to earn the perks.
