Jane Sanders dismisses MSNBC host promoting the ‘Bernie white vote’ narrative as silly (VIDEO)

Jane Sanders shows that she is an effective Bernie surrogate

Jane Sanders appeared on MSNBC & handily corrected the Democratic Establishment narrative that would dismiss a Wisconsin victory because of the white vote. The MSNBC host pointed out that the new Marquette University Law School poll showed Bernie Sanders with a 49/45% lead in their most recent survey. The host then attempted to temper the progress Bernie Sanders made in Wisconsin by stating that Wisconsin is a ‘mostly white’ state. The host implied that might taint a win. In other words, Sanders loses if he loses or loses if he wins. This is a media attempting to set a narrative favorable to the establishment.

Jane Sanders would have none of it. As the host spoke, she shook her head in disbelief.

“I think I don’t know what’s wrong with white voters for one thing,” Sanders said. “For another, I think the criticism is way over-touted by the Clinton campaign. In Hawaii, they said it’s a white state. It is the most diverse state in the nation. I mean this is silly. We are getting, when you look at voters under 30 for instance, he has gotten more votes than Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump combined. And they are across the spectrum, black, white, gay, straight, different regions of the country. So I think that we don’t tend to divide people up by race or ethnicity. And we just go and offer our solutions. Bernie has wonderful solutions for dealing with issues affecting the middle class that is disappearing. And we are reaching more people. So I think we’d be very happy with a Wisconsin win despite any criticism that the Clinton campaign might put out there.”

It is tough when a candidate must fight the media, the Democratic Establishment, the Republican Establishment, and the plutocracy all at once. Sander is doing well despite those headwinds.
