Recent wins make President Trump a distinct possibility (VIDEO)

Van Jones lays out the perfect scenario that could give Donald Trump make Trump president

How Trump becomes president

Those salivating for an easy Hillary Clinton victory over Donald Trump better realize that Trump’s odds of winning aren’t all that bad. It is true that Trump plays to the fears of Americans. The problem is that it works. His blowout victories which included wins in just about every demographic should give everyone pause.

America seems willing to disregard prejudice, misogyny, and sexism in order to get an outsider. When the general election begins, it is not hard to see Trump turn Hillary Clinton into the face of the failed establishment. Bernie Sanders, as a perennial opponent of the establishment, could not be tagged in that manner.

A few days ago Van Jones pointed out a strategy that could win Trump the presidency. He expanded on it a bit during the punditry on CNN after the primaries in Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Delaware, and Maryland.

Cooper Anderson pointed out that Donald Trump takes unpredictable positions, some that are progressive and in conflict with the Republican Party. Van Jones then segued into the scheme that Trump would likely use to win the presidency.

“The hammer will fall in the Rust Belt,” Van Jones said. “He can go to the Rust Belt, Donald Trump. This is our big fear. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and he can say as he was saying. First of all to the black community he can say you have been poor a long time. I am rich. Give me a chance. He can say to the workers, this family, the Clintons signed NAFTA, stole all your jobs. This is what I am going to do. I am going to tear up NAFTA. Seal the borders. The jobs will come back. You will get them, not the Mexicans. Give me a shot. And I am going to tell you, he only have to get three African Americans out of twenty to agree with that and he is president.”

Ivory tower Liberals who anointed Hillary Clinton and made a real election based on ideas very difficult will rue the day they stacked the process if she loses in the general election. Of course, the political revolution will continue.
