Don King’s most offensive statement at Trump event at black church, not the N-Word (VIDEO)

Don King

Don King’s use of the N-Word at a Donald Trump event at a black church was not the worst thing he did. It was the nature of his statement.

Don King and Donald Trump, two of a kind

Don King’s use of the N-Word at a Donald Trump event at a black church was not the worst thing he did. It was the nature of his statement.

“I told Michael Jackson,” Don King said. “I said if you are poor, you are a poor negro. I would use the N-Word. But if you are rich, you are a rich negro. If you are intelligent, an intellectual, you are an intellectual Negro. If you are a dancing and sliding and gliding ‘nigg$r’. I mean negro, you are a dancing and sliding and gliding negro. So dear not alienate because you cannot assimilate So you know, you are going to be a negro till you die.”

That is likely the most condescending statement I have ever heard. It tells black people that they must just accept what is offered and not what they deserve or have earned.

The friends you keep says much about who you are. Donald Trump’s distorted view of black people may not be his fault after all. His opinion may be based solely on or accentuated by the particular black people he is close to, his friends that ensure they won’t alienate his thoughts.
