MSNBC Host on Trump's Daily Brief negligence : So unlike a smart person (VIDEO)

Some in the mainstream media are refusing to normalize Trump. It was shocking but refreshing to watch and listen to MSNBC Host Thomas Roberts ridicule Trump’s latest statement about his dereliction of duty, about not reading the Daily Brief daily.

Donald Trump does not read the Daily Brief given his intelligence

I was barely listening to MSNBC Host Thomas Roberts when I got the tail end of a rather snide remark he made about Donald Trump. Okay, backup DVR. The segment was sweeter than I thought. I wasted a few minutes from serious blogging to have some fun and reconstructed it into a funny video. Well, I think it’s funny at least.

Remember, our leader does not need to be informed about what threatens us. Why? Because our new Commander in Chief said, “I am, like a smart person.”

George W. Bush ignored the content of the Daily Brief which brought us 9/11. Donald Trump doesn’t even bother to read them on a daily basis.

The most dangerous leader is one who does not know how much he does not know. Okay, so I will get serious after all.

This is not funny. We must continue to point out Trump’s silly comments, his condescending to those who lay their lives on the line (e.g., intelligence community), and the selling out of the country to billionaires, and everything in between. We have got to do it all of the times, everywhere, consistently.

We’ve got to write op-eds in our local papers, call into talk radio, and civilly enter conversations at the grocery store, coffee shops, bike shops, waiting rooms, etc. when the opportunity arises to interject some sensible commentary. We need to friend some Right Wing and Trump folks so they can see our feeds and we can see theirs. We’ve got to plaster our social media with personalized stories and good info that’s quick for the low information voter to read.

The Right Wing repeat lies over and over again until it becomes true to many, their reality. The reality is that it is easier for those on the correct side of history. We simply need to repeat the truth over and over again; much more so than we currently do.

When something catastrophic happens, which given what will likely be Trump’s dereliction of duty, the spinning he will attempt laying blame somewhere else won’t be successful.
