Ana Navarro Two Republicans resort to verbal blows on Trump and Russia (VIDEO)

GOP political commentators Ana Navarro and Matt Schlapp went at it on CNN. Navarro pointed out that Clinton or Obama would be prosecuted for less than what Trump has done. The discussion exploded when Schlapp got condescending with Navarro ordering her to stop.

Ana Navarro put Matt Schlapp in his place

Navarro has been a staunch critic of Donald Trump. Unlike many Republicans, she is fearless in calling him out for all of his bad deeds.

“I stand with John McCain,” Navarro said. “I think there is a mountain level of evidence here that should be troublesome to every single American regardless of Party. I’d like for Congress, for the intel community to be able to talk to the AG who was fired and who informed the White House weeks and weeks ago about what was happening with Flynn. I would like to know why they thought he was blackmailable by the Russian people. I would like to know what those conversations are.”

“Ana, they can do it today,” Schlapp interjected.

“Great, exactly,” Navarro responded. “So why don’t they? Why hasn’t Republican leadership who’s known about this for so long …”

“Congress has already come out,” Schlapp said condescendingly. “You should read. Brook help me out here.”

“We have a president who has equated us,” Navarro said. “giving us a moral equivalency with Putin.”

And then it went off the rails when Matt Schlapp told her to stop and talk issues. Of course, that is all Navarro was talking, but it wasn’t on the deflection Schlapp wanted.

“Don’t tell me to stop,” Navarro shouted back. “If you want to tell the people in your house to stop, that’s perfect.  …”

Schlapp told Navarro she could yell all she wanted.

“You are the one yelling,” Navarro responded. “You are the one telling me to stop. … You are talking to the wrong girl Matt. You are talking to the wrong girl. You can go say stop to somebody else. You are not going to stop me, baby.”

Matt Schlapp eventually came around and echoed exactly what Navarro was attempting to say. There are real issues that Congress needs to have hearings on.

“Then you and I are in unison,” Ana Navarro said. “We should have a select committee to investigate the Russia issues.”

Schlapp was attempting to spin Trump’s Russian problem as a minor issue, and Navarro forced his hand.
