Angela Rye & Joe Walsh clash on CNN: I am not talking to bigots (VIDEO)

Angela Rye did not pull any punches as she called out Joe Walsh for his racist attack on President Obama claiming the American lowered the bar for him.

The CNN segment that featured Angela Rye and Joe Walsh is hard to watch. It was clear that Rye was in pain from a barrage of racism emanating from Joe Walsh who is cloaked in willful ignorance. That she stayed on set showed great composure.

Angela Rye let Joe Walsh have it

Angela Rye did not pull any punches as she called out Joe Walsh for his racist attack on President Obama claiming that Americans lowered the bar for him. It is hard to believe that Walsh could not understand the offensive nature of his comments.

On a previous program, Rye pointed out that the bar has been lowered for President Trump. It is a fact that Trump is not only ignorant to the inner workings of government but even to the laws, he is advocating. Joe Sent Angela Rye the following tweet after she made a comment on the other show.

During a back and forth on Brooke Baldwin’s show, Walsh tried to claim that the recent disparagement of April Ryan and the attacks President Obama endured had nothing to do with race. He claimed the Left always turns every issue into a race issue. He later expanded on his statement that America lowered the bar for Obama because he was black. He also said the media and white liberals coddled Obama.

I am not sure in which alternate reality Joe Walsh is living, but Angela Rye, as upset as she was, laid out the double standard people of color live under. She pointed out something every parent of color tells their kids early on. To succeed at the same levels, you must be twice as good, and sometimes that is not enough.

Rye also pointed out some Trump deficiencies that Obama likely would never have overcome.

At the end of the segment, Rye was visibly upset. She yanked her microphone off as soon as the segment was over.
