MSNBC Stephanie Ruhle has been on fire not only on her show but when guesting on other MSNBC’s shows. She continues to be fearless in critiquing all things Trump in an objective manner. This segment on Ivanka Trump’s ascension to her dad’s official advisor and her speaking up for women was epic.
Stephanie Ruhle gets real on Ivanka Trump and women’s issues
Ruhle in this segment challenges Ivanka Trump on women’s issues using spokespersons from the Left & Right which informed Ivanka’s failure. It is clear that the Left and the Right differ completely in what caused women to earn much less than men among many other gender specific issues.
Ruhle did not buy into the cosmetics of the verbiage that Ivanka spewed about her support for women’s issues when no specific policies were emanating from the White House to help women. In fact, she rightfully pointed out that Ivanka was away skiing when Trump threw women under the bus to appease the Freedom Caucus in his healthcare bill. Moreover, her father eliminated President Obama’s protections that ensured women and men wages were effectively the same for the same jobs.
Rules reporting is the type of journalism that ignores the soundbites. Ruhle is doing an excellent piece of work unlike many like Greta Van Susteren who are but Trump apologists.
