Barack Obama: Twitter’s Undefeated King

Barack Obama - Twitter's Undefeated King

King of Twitter, Obama

Trump will not like this as he believes that he is the owner of that title.

It would seem that President Barack Obama left the U.S. Presidency to establish himself as a leader on Twitter. Because of his way with words, his profile @BarackObama, just created in March, 2017, has about 94 million followers and a high engagement.

As an example, the tweet about the Charlottesville incident, where he quoted Leader Nelson Mandela;

“For love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.” – Nelson Mandela/

That tweet got 4.4 million likes and 1.6 million retweets, breaking a record on the social media network, overthrowing Donald Trump, proving who the real King of Twitter is.

“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion.” His Twitter account is much more substantive that the account of our child president.

And now we know that many of Donald Trump’s followers are likely fake accounts; One wonders how it feels to have to manufacture and pay for both attention and affection. Poor Trump, it seems he is still looking desperately to find love if not from flesh and blood, just maybe Twitter will suffice.
