Putin CNBC Editor: President's statement makes it clear Putin has something on him (VIDEO)

Where are the Right Wingers who accused President Obama of appeasing or bowing to Russia or Saudi Arabia and China? Donald Trump embarrassed America with the Chinese and specifically with the Russians. Everyone must question his loyalty to country and patriotism after his statement about his discussion with Vladimir Putin.

What does Vladimir Putin have on Trump?

According to CNN,

President Donald Trump suggested on Saturday he’s done confronting Russian President Vladimir Putin over his country’s election meddling since it’s insulting to the Russian leader. Trump said he took Putin at his word that Russia did not seek to interfere in the US presidential election last year, despite a finding from US intelligence agencies that it did. The fraught relations between the two leaders was underscored anew when Putin’s spokesman said election meddling did not come up when they spoke, even though Trump said it did. And he stressed that bigger issues persist between the United States and Russia that require the two leaders to move on.

“He said he didn’t meddle. He said he didn’t meddle. I asked him again. You can only ask so many times,” Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One as he flew from Da Nang to Hanoi in Vietnam. Trump spoke to Putin three times on the sidelines of summit here, where the Russia meddling issue arose. “Every time he sees me, he says, ‘I didn’t do that,'” Trump said. “And I believe, I really believe, that when he tells me that, he means it.” “I think he is very insulted by it,” Trump added.

CNBC Editor-At-Large, John Harwood, a non-partisan straight shooter said what just about everyone is thinking.

“The President by his actions makes clear or strengthens the argument of those who believe the Russians and Vladimir Putin, in particular, have something on him, “Harwood said. “And therefore his is unwilling to stand up for America in that relationship. There is a wide consensus among the intelligence community which is composed of patriots who are trying to protect the national security interests of the United States. And the president is rejecting that and saying, ‘I believe Vladimir Putin instead. It is very concerning.”

Note that Harwood referred to the intelligence community as patriots to illustrate without saying that the President is not a patriot himself. It has reached the point where finally more straight line journalists are making it clear.
