Velshi & Ruhle smoked Trump for lie about bringing back overseas jobs (VIDEO)

Ali Velshi & Stephanie Ruhle smoke Trump for false claim of bringing jobs back from overseas

Donald Trump is busy tweeting. He is lying to those who would believe that he has done more in 10 months than any other president and that he created this booming economy. He also claims that he is bringing back jobs from overseas.

Well, as reported by Raw Story, our journalists are acting their part, somewhat at times.

CNN White House correspondent Joe Johns on Monday noted that President Donald Trump’s latest claim about accomplishing more than any president is far less than truthful.

In a tweet over the weekend, Trump praised himself, claiming that he had “possibly done more than any 10 month President.”

But Jones pointed out on Monday that Trump had failed to pass any major part of his legislative agenda so far this year.

Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle made it clear to the audience that Donald Trump’s claim he is bringing back overseas jobs is as well a lie. The president tweeted the following a few days ago.

Velshi & Ruhle exposes the president’s lie

“Last Friday he tweeted ‘After Turkey call I will be heading over to trunk National Golf Club Jupiter to play golf quickly with Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson. Then back to Mar-a-Lago for talks on bringing, even more, jobs and companies back to the USA!'” Stephanie Ruhle said. “Here’s my question; Where are those jobs? President Trump, Ali Velshi and I cover business and the economy especially as it relates to politics every single day. So if there are companies coming back specifically, and not just pledges, Foxconn may be coming here.”

“Jim Renacci said this the other day from Ohio,” Velshi interjected. “He said the president’s you know bringing all these jobs back. What are we talking about?Tell me where they are. We’ll go. We’ve got reporters. We’ll go. We’ll find out what these are. We don’t know about these.

“So please sir,” Ruhle continued. “We’re not being biased here. We would absolutely love to cover these. We would love to cover administrative, excuse me, wins of this administration and people in this country specifically those forgotten Americans are desperate for those jobs.”

“We know what jobs, in general, are being created,” Velshi said. “And we give the president that every month. We, every month for all of our history we talk about what the unemployment numbers are. While on his trip to Asia by the way the president tweeted, this was on November 14th, ‘I will be making major statement from the White House upon my return to DC time and date to be set.’ That happened right during my afternoon show, 3 P.M. Eastern. This was it. It was no new announcements on trade in his speech at the White House. He told everybody, ‘I’m going to be making new announcements’ and there just were no new announcements.”

“So President Trump when you’re ready to make them we’re all ears,” Ruhle said. “And those who say what about the thousands of jobs that get created every month, guess what, win lose or draw, they always get created. They were created last administration.”

Good job Velshi and Ruhle.
