Mika Brzezinski WHCD FAIL: Conservative Ana Navarro gets it right (VIDEO)

Ana Navarro

How long will it take a few self-righteous Progressives to condemn Michelle Wolf for her excellent performance? Not long. Was Wolf rough? Yes. But she was more truthful than both mainstream media and the politicians. Kudos to Ana Navarro, a Republican Conservative, for coming to Wolf’s defense.

I believe in civility. But I will not allow the desire for civility to be used as a weapon against the civil ones.

Mika Brzezinski came out with one of the most tone deaf tweets. She was humiliated by this administration and never received an apology for a lie about surgery and appearance. She should know better. Progressive passivity and the acquiescing to false equivalencies can be politically fatal.

Mika Tweet1:

Watching a wife and mother be humiliated on national television for her looks is deplorable. I have experienced insults about my appearance from the president. All women have a duty to unite when these attacks happen and the WHCA owes Sarah an apology.

Mika Tweet2:

The WHCD should be about honoring the best in journalism. Enough with the comedians, enough with the late-night parties. These are serious times for both the free press and the public they serve.

Mika Tweet3:

Women who use their government positions to spread lies and misinformation deserve to face the same withering criticism as men. But leave our looks out of it. Watching from home, I hurt for Sarah, her husband and her children.

Brzezinski is giving the Trump administration a pass by equating Michelle Wolf’s comedic performance with a Trump administration that in actuality and policy lies and demeans. She created a false equivalence.

Our Conservative friend Ana Navarro got it perfectly right in her tweet.

Ana Navarro Tweet1:

Seems some ppl usually offended at lies & attacks on the media by Trump WH, today are offended a comedienne publicly calling out Trump WH on their lies & attacks on the media. But hey, fortunately in the Trump era, only politically-correct “snowflakes” should care about feelings.

Ana Navarro Tweet2:

While Twitter debates whether we should: be politically correct, or not; should feel bad when women’s looks are fodder for insults & mean jokes, or not; should hold a comedian to higher standard than the President of the United States, or not…I hope some of us enjoy our Sunday.

Thank you, Ana, for having the right perspective and once again thank you, Michelle Wolf, for an excellent performance. Sarah Huckabee Sanders earned this critique.
