Today I got several messages stating that the deadline was near to protect myself from a Facebook Privacy Policy change that could negatively affect me. Here is what it looked like surely modified for one’s locale.
Don’t forget tomorrow starts the new Facebook rule where they can use your photos. Don’t forget Deadline today!!! It can be used in court cases in litigation against you. Everything you’ve ever posted becomes public from today Even messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed. It costs nothing for a simple copy and paste, better safe than sorry. Channel 13 News talked about the change in Facebook’s privacy policy.

NOTE: Facebook is now a public entity. All members must post a note like this.

Copy, Paste and Breathe
The hoax is an old one. Snopes validated it as a scam in their post titled “Will Posting This Notice Stop Facebook or Instagram from Making Your Posts Public? “WARNING: Everything you’ve ever posted becomes public from tomorrow!“
If something seems pretty extreme, it likely is. Please be careful when reposting messages like this. That said, we must inform a family and friends when we find out stuff to protect them online. It is a dangerous world or netizens.
