Former Trump confidant: We have a lunatic, a full-blown lunatic in the white house (VIDEO)

Lunatic Trump Anthony Scaramucci Joy-Ann Reid

Former Donald Trump confidant Anthony Scaramucci is making the rounds. In a rather graphic manner, he called out the President as being a lunatic. The video is striking.

Scaramucci on Trump: Full-blown lunatic

Joy-Ann Reid was very skeptical as she spoke to Anthony Scaramucci. After all, he is in the process of creating a PAC to get rid of Trump. Reid queried Scaramucci about commissions he would be receiving from said PAC to which he said he would personally take no money since he does not need it. He just wants to get rid of Trump.

Reids continued skepticism engendered the following comment from Scaramucci.

“Joy, if you want to fault me or your viewers want to fault me for getting there late,” Scaramucci said. “I am okay with that. I can accept that because I am a flawed human being. But here is what I would say to everybody. This is an international crisis. And you have to create an offramp for people that did what I did.”

Scaramucci continued that many were spinning a Rubix cube differentiating the good and the bad. He said as time went [paraphrasing], the fog of the moment clouded their judgment.

An unconvinced Joy-Ann Reid asked what good did he believe came from Trump. Scaramucci gave the classic answer. He spoke about Trump lowering regulations. He made the mistake and brought up that black and Latinx unemployment was also a good deed. That irked Joy-Ann.

“You guys always go there,” a disgusted Reid interjected. “It’s an interesting place that President Trump always goes. African American employment has been falling since Obama. Why is that always a hinge point there? I never knew the Republican Party was that interested in African American employment.”

Scaramucci quickly backed off that line and returned to regulations. He ended that section of the segment with a hell of an indictment on the president.

“It doesn’t really matter right now in terms of what our political differences are,” Scaramucci implored. “We have a lunatic, a full-blown lunatic in the white house that is literally having a nervous breakdown before our eyes.”

That statement says it all and it should resonate throughout the country. We have got to start believing what our eyes are telling us, what the President is articulating, and what we perceive in our brains and our guts.

Scaramucci did make a prescient statement twice in the interview. He said we must give an offramp to those trying to find a way to break away from Trump. While it is in human nature to want to extract a pound of flesh for those who went on and remained on the Trump train for way too long, for the better good of the country we should give them an off-ramp. To many, that is not easy but when one thinks about the better good for us all, it is.

I recall the transition of a person. a leader in Texas for Trump who I interviewed. When she made her break she called me up for an interview and just recently contacted me about the take over of the Republican Party. While anecdotal, it is happening all over the country. Check out the transition in these blogs.
