REALLY? Fox News has a novel and condescendingly sexist message to get women to vote for Republicans

Fox News has a novel and condescendingly sexist message to get women to vote for Republicans

Fox News knows that it has a solution to force women to vote Republican, and they seem serious about its conclusion. You have to see it to believe it.

Fox News shows its troglodytic nature again.

Fox News may be doing a post-mortem to explain Republican failures in the 2022 midterm elections. They correctly note that Democrats have a 30+ advantage over Republicans with unmarried women. Republicans only have a 14-point advantage over Democrats with married women. Stephanie Ruhle highlighted the piece, later ridiculed by Juanita Tolliver.

So what is Fox News’ novel answer? Let’s get it from the mouth of host Jesse Watters.

“Single women are breaking for democrats by 30 points,” Jesse Watters said. “And this makes sense when you consider how Democrat policies are designed to keep women single. But once women get married, they vote Republican. Married women and married men go for Republicans by double digits. But single women and voters under 40 have been captured by Democrats. So we need these ladies to get married, and it’s time to fall in love and just settle down, guys. Go put a ring on it.”

In an off-year election where many suffer financial difficulties, the country still voted overwhelmingly for Democrats — gerrymandering be damned. While it is still ‘It’s the economy, stupid,’ Americans still migrated to the Democrats. Another Fox News host really said it best.

“Think about this,” Marc Thiessen said. “We have the worst inflation in four decades. The worst collapse in real wages in 40 years. The worst crime wave since the 1990s. The worst border crisis in US history. We have Joe Biden, who is the least popular president since Harry Truman since presidential polling happened and there wasn’t a red wave. That is a searing indictment of the Republican Party.” …

“That is a searing indictment of the message that we have been sending to the voters,” Thiessen continued. “They looked at all of that and said and looked at the Republican alternative and said, no, thanks. The Republican Party needs to do a real deep introspection and look in the mirror right now because this is an absolute disaster for the Republican Party. … And electing these radical candidates who ran far behind them has put the Republican Party in a terrible position. And voters have left and have indicted the Republican Party.”

Republicans were wiped out throughout the state of Michigan, where Democrats won all state offices and both state houses. The same occurred in Minnesota. It is clear they were shredded by women and the youth. And the counting continues.
