A Kingwood, Texas, mom asserted at a recent LGBTQ rally she organized to highlight trans hate she and her family experienced in the area.
Her son knew he was trans from 2-years-old
Luisa Fernanda Montoya, a mom of a #transgender boy, arranged a rally in Kingwood, Texas, at the park in Town Center. Her family had been terrorized by neighborhood thugs after she flew the #LGBTQ flag on her home.
Luisa is not one of those mothers that sit back in fear. She immediately went into action to protect her son. She did an interview with Politics Done Right where she detailed the attacks by community hooligans on her sons and her person. She filed the necessary police reports. When police failed to do their functions appropriately, she persisted till they did.
Ms. Montoya did not stop at filing a police report and securing her home. She organized an LGBTQ rally in the belly of the beast, the park in Kingwood, Texas’ Town Center. The rally was very well attended. It was surprising to see the crowd dynamics, the diversity, and the resolve.
During the rally, Luisa gave a touching speech about her son. She pointed out that her son knew he was trans from the time he came out to her at two years old.
The entire story is painful yet joyful. Her son is lucky to have a mom who is a fighter. No one could ask to be reared by a better mother.
