The Ed Show put together this montage of snippets from TV evangelist Pat Robertson and famed Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson. That these guys have attained the notoriety in America speaks volumes of our informational decline.
One would think that these guys are qualified experts. They talk about climate change, religious fundamentalism with an authority that is rather amazing given their ignorance.
The hate that emanates from them shows an unhealthy hate for gays. One wonders why the obsession. Of all the sins in the Bible homosexuality is never actually mentioned. Yet Phil Robertson has been comfortable with statements tantamount to the support of a kind of pedophilia. The backhanded slur at the end was kind of interesting.
