Vice-President Biden,
President Obama promised that he would let the factual data dictate the solution to the poor state of our health care system. Why is the single payer healthcare insurance not actively proposed given that mathematically speaking it is impossible for a for profit insurance system to be less expensive given its overwhelming expenses of management cost, shareholder dividend costs, and many other hidden costs as well as its inability to insure those with pre-existing conditions.
President Obama was elected by a large majority to provide actual change for the middle class who have not seen economic growth largely because of our ever expanding above inflation increases in health care insurance and healthcare cost. We are simply on an unsustainable path and it is clear that the advice given over the last several decades to our politicians have been wrong for all but the top 1%. Why should we continue to listen to them now?
