Panamanian Ojaldas
Panamanian Ojaldas (fried bread) is a staple in Panamá that is eaten right through the day. You can always find somebody walking the streets with a greasy bag with ojaldas. Mango trees are easy to find with the mangos falling off the trees.
Ojalda Recipe:
- 2 Cups Flour
- ¾ Cups Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Oil
Mix all dry ingredients then and wet ingredients. Roll them out. And fry them.
