Sauteed Cabbage
½ Head Cabbage
½ Bell Medium Bell Pepper
½ Cup Purple Onions
½ Cup Celery
5 Cloves Garlic
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Black Pepper To Taste
Season Salt To Taste
Ginger Powder To Taste
Cut up all vegetables. Add tablespoon of Olive Oil to hot sauté pan. Add onions, bell pepper, celery, and garlic to pan and sauté to light caramelization on high heat. Add cabbage, two tablespoons of water. Set to medium heat and let and cover for 10 minutes or so. Keep watch and stir periodically. Total calories under 350.
