I voted for Republican Congressman Ted Poe twice. He was an excellent judge with empathy who understood socio-economic issues and so reflected in the sentences that he passed down to teenagers and minors convicted in his court to ensure that they would not become ardent criminal taught within the justice system. As he joined Congress he became an ideolog that completely forgot about voting in the interest of his district. While given the demographics of my district and the lack of a credible opponent, he is likely to be reelected.
