As we march our values around the world we must look inward as to how we treat ALL of our citizens. Denying any American the right to serve is not only a prejudicial act but an act against the security of our country.
If we want to be the bastion of freedom around the world we must be beyond reproach. Repealing DADT is a good continuation of a maturing America that proves it is the best place to live because we can change our ways, bad habits, and ideology when enlightened unlike many other countries around the world.
