It is imperative that the mere existence of the above hit list by Sarah Palin’s group be used to investigate possible manslaughter charges. The irresponsible behavior of politicians have a material effect on civil society and as in the Gabrielle Gifford’s assassination attempt, causes the loss and destruction of lives. There are 6 dead people. One cannot but assume that the irresponsible behavior of those leading the Right Wing, the Tea Party, and the Right Wing echo chamber are partially responsible. Their undemocratic lack of patriotism by their actions is a cancer that must be removed from our country via legal means.
