This is a very telling ad. This is what happens when you have a whole lot of folks adapting multiple ideologies without knowing their genesis. In the process they attempt to form a coalition under the premise of shared values without realizing that they are diametrically opposed.
While today’s Democrats are a combination of folks with different values, beliefs, and and real ideologies, what they generally have in common is a liberal belief. They believe everyone has the right to be different. It does not matter that on is an atheist, Christian, or something in between. What really matter is true freedom as opposed to some faux freedom.
