Many are upset at the outcome of the Casey Anthony “not guilty” verdict. Though I had little interest in the case as a 24/7 news listener I was forced to. I could not find anything that had I been on the jury would have left me comfortable about taking this woman’s freedom away.
I simply do not know if Casey killed her daughter or not. That is the point. One should not need an online law degree to understand what real evidence is. One should not convict unless you can place that murdering action on that person. The jury must be commended. They show seriousness and maturity that I do not believe is prevalent in our society. Our “group think” mentality that have allowed us to wage war, vote against our own interest, and prejudice different peoples and religions is a fear that every American should be cognizant of. Fortunately for Casey Anthony she got the crème of the crop. How many innocent people are in jail because they were victims of “group think” and emotions.
