Is it Time For A DIet Aid After Doing Most On Will Power?

August 20, 2011 By Egberto Willies

When I came to the states I was about 210 pounds. I was about 12 pounds overweight for my built. I got a little job in the cafeteria. I had never seen that volume of food before. Working there meant I was munching and picking food as I swept the floors. It meant I was eating as I mopped the floor. It meant I was eating as I took dishes out of the very hot dishwashers. It also meant I took home a doggie bag after my night shift.

Suffice it to say I gained over 50 pounds that year. Remember, many college students gain about 15 to 20 pounds their first year because of a new uncontrolled environment. I gained like I was on steroids because I ate like I was on steroids.

When I realized how fat I was I started playing tennis. I also went on a very restricted diet of yogurt, tuna fish, and lettuce. I lost about 70 pounds in about 6 months.

Well I am 50 now and over the years I again gained a lot of weight. This time though I just got up to 235 pounds. Though not obese I could feel the weight. I lost my father last year to a heart attack even though he was in shape. I made the successful commitment to take the weight off and took off about 35 pounds. I would like to lose another 10 but it is proving difficult. I many need to start considering some top diet pills to aid as I have exhausted my repertoire of weight loss tricks.
