Van Jones gave very good presentations throughout the event. One hopes we do rebuild the dream.

I had the opportunity to interview Van Jones, President of Rebuild the Dream and previous “Green Czar” for President Obama. I asked him about the movement educating the Liberal base on how Congress really works so that we minimize dissension for those who do not understand that absent real Progressives getting elected we simply will not get all that we want. In classic Van Jones form, he had the answer on the tip of his tongue.
The Rebuild The Dream Movement is just 9 weeks old. And as such, there is much to do. But as he stated over and over throughout the conference, we will continue to build. Inasmuch as we just started, our coalition is provably much bigger than the Tea Party coalition, however, our media coverage because its corporatist control does not give this side the relative coverage. It is then the job of the alternate media to get the message out.
