Kingwood Area Democrat Cody Pogue wrote the following “It’s My Turn” Editorial this week. He shows he knows the history of both Texas and the United States that seemed to be lacking by our State Representatives in Austin.

We all know why knowing history is essential. We all know why we want at least our representatives to be relatively versed in history. After all, knowing history should prevent us from making the same mistakes over and over again (assuming of course we have an ounce of morality).

With Cody running for District 127, I am sure we will replace our current representative with someone we can depend on and know he will be guided by both history and his constituency.
