Live Blogging FoxNews Republican Debate

I am live blogging in a different form. I will write it like a story as I am listening as opposed to chronologic time stamping.

Newt Gingrich and Jon Hunstman come across as the most eloquent debaters. Gingrich seems disingenuous while Huntsman sounds real.

Huntsman said he will not sign silly pledges and would not go to a Donald Trump debate. Huntsman likely cannot win a Republican primary but I think he is the only one that has the temperament, the honesty in his views (except for last week sort of softening his climate change stance).

Gingrich came out in support of GSE, government sponsored enterprises. He then tried to conflate it as a conservative stance. Gingrich is great at misinforming with conviction. His stance on GSEs is a progressive stance. Ron Paul called him out appropriately.

Michelle Bachman accused Gingrich of collecting $1.6 million dollars lobbying for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae with senior Republicans. She said he perpetrated the massive scan on America.

Ron Paul outclassed Cavuto when he tried to claim his taking of earmarks was inconsistent. Cavuto outclassed, tried to do a FoxNews by spinning Ron Paul’s answer away from his stated answer of bringing back to his district what was taken.

Answering a Twitter question, Romney shows his undeniable faith in his god, the free market.
