House Republicans have agreed to pass a two-month extension of the payroll tax cut, reports National Journal. According to the report, the House agreed to the move after Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) agreed to appoint members to a conference committee to work out a longer deal between the two chambers.
