imageThe 2012 campaign season is upon us and what better way to kick it off than with a brunch and candidate meet and greet?

The Kingwood Area Democrats will be hosting a fundraising brunch and 2012 Democratic candidate meet and greet on February 11, 2012 at the Kingwood Country Club Pavilion at 10:00 AM.

Democrats, as well as independents and disenchanted Republicans, from around the Kingwood-Atascocita-Humble area are invited to attend and support Democratic efforts in Northeast Harris County. A $40 per person donation will not only provide supporters one of the best brunches in the area, it will also provide supporters the opportunity to meet and speak to such invited VIPs as, Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia, Cody Pogue, candidate for Texas House District 127; Diane Trautman, candidate for Harris County Board of Trustees; among various District Judges, officeholders and 2012 candidates.

Serving as Master of Ceremonies will be newly elected Chair of the Harris County Democratic Party Lane Lewis.

“Believe it or not, our numbers have grown over the years in this area,” said President Egberto Willies, “And our efforts will ensure that suburban Democrats have every opportunity to learn about and support our local candidates.”

Serving Northeast Harris County for over eighteen years, the Kingwood Area Democrats are gearing up for 2012 and support for this event will ensure that grassroots efforts will be in full-force in the area.
