I found a little gem recently over the Internet and I simply decided to take the plunge and try it. I went to www.ooshirts.com (Tel: 510-944-4679) and tested it out. The design page was extremely simple as shown below. 
I fired the page up and in less than 15 minutes I had my design and the short completed. Their T-shirts are very competitively priced and in volume they will give you a quote.The turnkey system goes smoothly. What I loved is that before they printed they called me up and told me my graphic resolution was less than perfect. Inasmuch as I told them to proceed, it is great that their quality control caught it.
I think I got my shirt in about two weeks but I believe they have rush options as well. Well see the results below.I made a simple advertising T-shirt for my blog in less than 15 minutes.
