Today at the gym I got really upset at one of my friends as he was easily swayed by pictures that the Right are beginning to release of Trayvon Martin “posing”. He completely disregarded that Trayvon had the right to walk anywhere and not be bothered. He completely disregarded the fact that the dispatch told him not to follow Trayvan. He completely disregarded the obscenities and epithet used to describe Trayvon even though he had no clue who Trayvon Martin was.
For those who are so ready to find an excuse to justify George Zimmerman’s actions, you must check your heart. You must check to see what within you is trying to justify the murder of a 17 year old child, a child no different than any average American middle class child.
